My Wellness is wonderful. From the EES to the sound bath I have enjoyed coming in for the relaxation and calm. Due to RA my joints at times cause me a great deal of pain , but a visit here definitely makes a difference. The chairs are so comfortable! Cannot wait for my next visit. Highly recommend!

I attended the soundbath and it was so relaxing. The hour passed very quickly & I didn't want it to end. There were chairs but i chose to lie on the ground in the middle. The space is very peaceful and tranquil. I will definitely be back.

The EE system along with A Sound Bath was an extraordinary experience today. I felt the sound bath frequencies throughout my body and also felt relaxed at the same time. I am coming back to experience this natural mode of healing again.

Excellent and relaxing environment! I would recommend to anyone wanting healing! You feel it as soon as you walk in the room! Thanks My Wellness Center!

Amazing experience! I love to come here when I’m in Lincoln. Immediately I fall into a deep state of relaxation and use the time in the room to connect in meditation. The chairs are comfortable and they even provide provide blankets. The staff is incredible helpful and I feel right at home.
