This is shit. I waited an hour to pick it up because of a paperwork mix-up. They sent me back outside. I had to wait two hours. It's shit.

Over ten years ago we had Nicolock pavers installed at my home in Bellmore, NY. Over the last few years the bullnose pavers started wearing out significantly.
We contacted Nicolock and told them about the situation at hand. Nicolock (with Jessica's assistance), sent someone to our home to see the worn pavers. The gentleman that looked at our pavers agreed that they have been wearing more so than the company would expect. That is when Nicolock showed its incredible level of customer service and willingness to stand behind its products. Even though the bullnose pavers were installed over ten years ago, Nicolock offered to replace all of the bullnose pavers.....at no cost. All we were asked to do was pay for the installation.
Potential customers need to know the quality of this company is unmatched in the industry. The front of our home looks great as Nicolock's customer service team (including Jessica), stood behind its product and even exceeded our customer service expectations.
You have my permission to use this email (or any contents within), for any purpose. And, with a company that stands behind its products and customers like you do, I am glad to recommend you to anyone I know. Already, my son has bought Nicolock products for his new home.

Anthony at the Lindenhurst Design Showroom was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about the products and names and sizes - all the confusing things to us as customers. He was so pleasant, offing large catalog pics and stone samples. We actually walked away knowing that our patio will look fantastic in Nicolock Sone.you are luck to have him.

We purchased an outside firepit from them and after the first fire there were about 14 bricks that had cracked. We contacted a rep and was given the runaround. They did offer to drop off some bricks at the location where we purchased the firepit but that doesn't help the fact that we now have to pay someone again to redo the firepit. They DO NOT stand by their product. I will never purchase anything from them again nor will I refer anyone to them. That is just one picture, there are more.

Just a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that a good amount of my Niclock pavers were pitting and were crumbling in other parts. I followed the steps on the Nicolock website regarding a warranty claim. I was put in touch with a territory manager Alex Freitas. We spoke on the phone and he was very attentive to my concerns. He really took the time to make us feel that we were at the top of the list. He arrived a couple of days later and looked at our patio. Well, I can say that we are in the process of having the damaged areas repaired. Alex Freitas was very knowledgeable and quite frankly very easy to deal with. It’s a shame that we have issues with our Nicolock brand Pavers, but it’s comforting, knowing that the company stands behind their warranty. Alex Freitas is an excellent representative of this company and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that asked .
