This place is indeed open 24 hrs (lol) and amazing that they are. We dropped in on a Sunday at 7am to see the choice we picked a few weeks ago against a competitor sample we brought in a different color. The outdoor showroom was open, although no one was there yet, we loved having the ability to find the Nicolock product we chose and compare it directly with sample we brought. We stayed with Nicolock Stoneridge Contemporary choice as the color we picked was indeed the right choice for a dark painted house. It was so amazing to see the color outside in the sun and how it compared.

Apparently they are allowed to drive however they want, including over dividing lines and close to people who are driving next to them especially on the Southern State Parkway. You should be ashamed of yourselves the way you drive and put other drivers in danger at high speeds. Next time I'm getting your plate number off your pickup.

Installed 2200sqft of paver shield product. Entire surface has consistent pitting.They said color matching isn’t a thing and dime size PITS ARE OKAY.!We have replaced over 2 pallets and they are recommending to continue doing that. We are SO UNSATISFIED WITH OUR POOL DECKING.If you want good products backed by good service stay farrrrrrrrr away from this product.!Here is the regional managers email stating dime size holes are okay. Thier product is not as advertised1. What is Nicolock’s position on pavers that have visibly large pitting/exposed aggregate on the surface? We will provide the replacement pieces that have pitting.2. Can you provide peace of mind that the smaller pits will not worsen over time, and what does the warranty specifically cover if small pitting becomes larger? If a larger pitting would incur, we would provide replacement pieces as needed. Usually after one freeze thaw cycle any pitted paver
