I just spoke with Ada on the phone from the Beaver Creek location. She made what I thought was going to be a difficult process extremely easy! Ada was so friendly and personable and made me feel like a valued customer. My experience speaking with her was the most positive experience I've ever had with ANY financial institution. Ada is a stellar member of your team!!

John did a fantastic job. I asked probably 100 questions and he answered each one. He is very knowledgable. Definitely thee best credit union I’ve been too and this is coming from someone (my wife and ai) who are new to Ohio from Michigan
