The person I talked to Shelley was super helpful and suggested I shred my old taleris checks and she would send me a box of pathways checks free. WOW!!! She explained you recieve a free box of checks every year if you need them. Give this lady a raise! THANKS AGAIN SHELLEY.

I have been with Pathway for about 3years. I recently request for stop payment on the account paid the fee of $25 for the service and the filled out all proper documentation as requested from this institution and the representative that I spoke fail to enter in the correct amount and my account went into overdraft. After speak with several rep the issue was not resolve and the left the customer responsible for there errors.This not a credit union that I will recommend and I have family members banking with them who will also be withdrawing their accounts. Terrible all the way around.
