I have never had any bad or negative experiences at the branch in Whitehall all staff members are wonderful but Elizabeth Hernandez is the spear head of efficiency, professionalism and such a wonderful personality.

Elizabeth Swain you were awesome helping me the way you did!! I had someone take money out of my account and when it shouldn't have been and she helped me resolve the situation quickly and the money was put back in my account!! She even gave me some tips on how to keep my bank cards safer when purchasing things online. I'm very grateful!!
