I have now been using Rayotec for 3 - 4 years now. From a new install to annual serving of all our solar over multiple sites. I have found them very professional in all aspects of work. The service we as a college have received has been excellent. They have had to work around very tight schedules in the college. I would certainly highly recommend Rayotec for all solar work. It has been a pleasure working along side them and we will continue to do so.

Rayotec have been brilliant, this is the 2nd year that they have carried out the commercial maintenance for the solar panels at Horlicks Quarter and I'll definitely be contracting them for next year. Their service is professional and friendly and each time I've had questions, they have answered and enlightened me. Let's be honest, unless you're a solar expert, you're going to have questions. If you're looking for outstanding service for your commercial maintenance of your solar panels, give Rayotec a call.

They have done work on our solar charge a fortune for works that have not been carried out. As it is done via management company it seems there solar maintenance people think we can be ripped off?. They also kept our system off 8 months without telling us losing us huge revenue please note the system was working fine until they arrived for a so called service which ended up costing over 5k for remedial which they didn't do all and on the next service they added more items. We are getting them to investigate and come up with an appropriate solution for some compensation via our management company will update the review when a resolution has been completed. So far they have been far from optimal and when you bypass broken solar not sure why they did not move shaded panels to broken ones. Its evident they try to create more work than necessary I hope we get a good resolution.

I contacted Rayotec to carry out the underfloor heating on my daughter's extension. They responded quickly and provided a quotation and gave me advice regarding the installation and laying of engineered wood floor above the heating. The work was carried out on the date and time they agreed to be on site and before leaving they did a dead test on the system. All in all we were delighted with their service which was neat and tidy and efficiently installed and ready for final connection by our own electrician.

Rayotec installed some solar tubes for me over 13 years ago. A recent problem unconnected with the original installation required attention which local plumbers were unable to do : Rayotec came to the rescue and it was so reassuring to find they were still around and giving good service after so long. Well done!
