I contacted Rayotec to carry out the underfloor heating on my daughter's extension. They responded quickly and provided a quotation and gave me advice regarding the installation and laying of engineered wood floor above the heating. The work was carried out on the date and time they agreed to be on site and before leaving they did a dead test on the system. All in all we were delighted with their service which was neat and tidy and efficiently installed and ready for final connection by our own electrician.

Rayotec installed some solar tubes for me over 13 years ago. A recent problem unconnected with the original installation required attention which local plumbers were unable to do : Rayotec came to the rescue and it was so reassuring to find they were still around and giving good service after so long. Well done!

Very helpful efficient and professional installation. It was seamless from the start to finish. We are very happy with our underfloor heating, works really well. James went out of his way to help us even after completion with help us setting up and changing our thermostat setting. Highly recommend James.

Very good customer services! I had a problem with creating an account and updating details. As soon as they knew, they (Stephen) contacted me straightaway to sort out the problem! Also ensured me of their product support. Just put in my order, confirmation is immediate from Rayotec and DHL!

I bought the German made sticky back 9sqm mat. The sticky was good although I used the odd bit of spray adheive on the edges. The floor layers were very impressed when they put the first thin layer of levelling compound over it as none of it lifted / floated, and said they wished all contractors would use decent makes. Overlayed with 10mm Makai 3240 renovation laytex and then lvt flooring. Customer very pleased with the outcome. We fitted the basic controller as did not want any complicated setting for an elderly couple to use!
