I am very happy with the work of Nate and Colton who spent a long cold Friday afternoon fixing our HOA community garage door. It was a big job and they stayed late to be sure all was fixed before the weekend.
RCI has been quick to answer our calls and fixing our problems. Great job guys I appreciate your work.

Nicole, in customer service, is "top-notch". She is customer-focused, and she promptly scheduled my service request. The technicians, Colton and Nate, arrived within the scheduled timeframe. They were professional and respectful. They quickly troubleshot and resolved the problem that we were having with the automatic doors. Once the doors were operational, Colton and Nate, looked over their work to make certain nothing was overlooked. They answered my questions in layman's terms. I appreciate their work ethic and their dedication.
