Worst mattress ever so firm changed the foam still too firm horrible . The owner thinks it’s great won’t listen won’t refund . I can’t sleep on the thing springs are ridiculously hard .

Me and a number of Family members had bought beds and pillows from Regal for their great quality and service a while back. I really needed to replace my great Regal contour Memory Foam pillow which had lasted me for years. Knowing the store may have been closed, I called the number and spoke with Rob - Regional Manager who worked at their Springvale factory. Rob was very helpful and agreed to deliver the pillow right to my door for Free as it was on his way Home. What a great gesture and level of service by a Senior Manager. No wonder the company is doing great and their service and quality is renowned. I would recommend Regal for all bedding needs. I think I'll need to upgrade my mattress soon. Thanks gain to Rob

I called Ben on a Sunday morning to assist my son, who was complaining of a sore back as a result of his mattress. Ben was so accommodating and empathetic, he sourced an affordable mattress, delivered it and took the old mattress away in less that a week. My son Peter loves his mattress and I am comforted that he is no longer in pain. Thanks Ben your amazing!

Visited the hoppers crossing store. The sales person Sunny is super patient. She got us to try a variety of mattresses based on our discussions. She helped us find the right mattress and did not rush us to make a decision. Super happy with our purchase.
