From the time we checked in through leaving, this was by far the best experience at any doctor office. We didn’t feel rushed through the process or pressured but very well taken care of and informed. Dr Susan and her team were knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. Dr Susan was amazing and took the time to go through each scan and talk in depth about them. We are thankful to have found such a wonderful practice.

Super competent staff and great Doctor. This is the first time I felt confident about my prescription in a long time and it’s the reason I ended up just purchasing my lenses there instead of on online where it would probably be cheaper. Also, they had all of the high tech up to date things so I didn’t have to read a bunch of lines and say “one or two” until I could no longer see the difference between lenses. Highly, highly recommend!

The front staff are super friendly and on the ball. Dr. Reimbold explains everything clearly. And never any pressure to buy frames there, though they have a beautiful selection.

Dr Reimbold and her staff are great. They are professional, listen well, and are very personable. The office is well lighted and displays make it easy to see all of the frames.. and there are many frames. Hopefully my new glasses will be perfect but if not I feel like they will get it right.
