We recently secured a renovation loan with RenoFi and were very impressed with our loan officer, Jon and the entire process. As others have noted - the process is thorough and is relatively longer than other companies - about 15 weeks from beginning to end to secure the loan and required a decent amount of documentation. Nothing out of the ordinary. In the end we received the loan we need to complete our renovation at a competitive interest rate. They were very easy to communicate with and Jon was always available to answer our questions. We would definitely use RenoFi again.
