I was having a hard time finding the right loan on my own. ReNoFi found me a loan and helped me through the process. I felt like they advocated for me. They are also great at communicating. I’m really happy with their service.

Used the services to fund bathroom remodeling. Very easy and overall quick process. Great communication, updates sent via email so you have a concise Accounting of the process. Would use again and recommend if you don’t want to take cash or equity out.

We started this process not knowing what to expect but it turned out to be a great experience. I read quite a few reviews for multiple companies before starting everthing and I'm glad we chose RenoFi. Josh did a wonderful job with assisting us through everything. I will set expectations, the process is long but Josh provided us with updates and kept things moving along. If you need anything, he is responsive and on top of it. He got us lender that was able to provide most of what we needed (this was not a reflection of him but of the lender). I will definitely reach out Josh for any future home improvement projects or improvements.
