I cannot give RenoFi enough stars! Our mortgage loan officer suggested RenoFi when we mentioned wanting to finish our basement. The whole process was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Our consultant, Mytch Law, was super helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. He explained things in a way that I could understand. The process was also quick which was great for our tight construction timeline. We got a great rate for our loan and the whole process was truly a breeze.

Khadija and Shanita were a huge help. They answered all my questions clearly and quickly. The whole program was great too. Even though it requires a little extra paperwork re: the renovations, the upside is huge. My post renovation appraisal was great, and allowed for a much larger line of credit than a regular HELOC would have allowed, given the home's as-is condition. The rate is solid too, coming in lower than many other HELOC's I shopped for, and much lower than any personal loan.

Kelsey at Renofi helped me get a home renovation loan very quick and easy. She was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She listened to my needs and quickly helped me identify the exact right loan for me with her expert guidance. If I would have known it was this easy to get a home renovation loan I would have done it years ago! I'm kind of kicking myself actually. Wish I would have known about this earlier, because the monthly mortgage amount is super affordable, I could have had a brand new bathroom YEARS ago. We just started design work and then construction on our new bathroom starts in a couple weeks. I can't wait!
