When we purchased our new home it needed some renovations to make room for our son who was only a couple of months from being born. Mytch showed us several funding options and carefully guided us through the process. Fast forward a year… We are now ready for more renovations. Mytch was my first and only phone call. He stays in touch, patiently answers my endless questions and has made this process seamless. I highly recommend him and Renofi.

I worked with Jon Hawes to secure a HELOC for an ADU build at my house. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process easy to understand and work through. My contractor was also impressed with how the build requirement side was handled by RenoFi. Definitely recommend.

It's hard to overstate how helpful our agent Mytch was through our entire process of our HELOC application. After becoming quickly disillusioned with companies overpromising loans and consistently underdelivering services, Mytch and Renofi were a breath of fresh air. Mytch was responsive, attentive, personal, and provided prompt but in-depth advice whenever we needed it, even when it required 11th hour changes to our loan plan. We are so grateful to have stumbled into Mytch--Everyone needs a Mytch in their corner through the HELOC process!
