Pure HELL! I have spent hours on the phone trying to rescind an order I made an hour earlier. The rates quoted were not a flat rate which I insisted, and I was threatened that I would lose my electricity if I canceled, and on and on and on trying to get this rectified. I could write a book. I won't. I will contact the PUC.j
