I wish I could give them 0 on the review, this is one piece of crap light service, my grandma paid her bill on 4/4/26 & they cut her lights off saying they didn't receive the payment & she paid it at Heb, she's 80 years old how do you do that to the elderly smh very sad company, gonna make sure everyone I know never gets there service through them at all, they don't care about there customers at all, I'll also be contacting the Better Business Bureau about them as well cause that's just wrong & sad
