We had a hiccup with our virtual consultation (on a Sunday evening no less - which was super aggravating) but Danielle was so quick to respond and make it right- Even at 6pm on a Sunday! We had our meeting an hour after it was originally scheduled and she was wonderful! It would have been easy for them to say we missed our window and reschedule us for a later date, but they didn’t do that! Answered all of our questions and went above and beyond helping us with our situation. So I cannot recommend SIT enough, even with our hiccups they went above and beyond! Thank you so much Danielle!

This is the easiest tool to use for getting the right carseat for your children and the car you have. I will recommend it to all my friends! Thank you for providing a tool that makes the many decisions we make daily a bit easier.

I used SITS car seat recommendation 3 years ago when looking for my first child. I just used it again today (February 2025) and it is amazing and so much more user friendly than it used to be (which was still good, but this is way better). Thank you for making this!!

My tall kiddo maxed out of his convertible car seat way sooner than I anticipated. Once I realized we had reached the top harness height, and after my initial panic subsided, I knew there was only one place to go to help me make my next big buying decision: Safe in the Seat. The kit is a wonderful resource and Michelle’s SITS team is beyond helpful to help with any questions you may have afterward. I checked with them on a concern I had for my specific car and they helped me right away. Absolute 10/10 care and service. The cost of the kit is worth the sense of ease I feel now having made my new car seat purchase.

My son outgrew his car seat and we needed to get him a booster seat. My husband and I had NO idea where to start. The car seat finder tool was so easy to use and gave us a great list of booster seats. I loved that I could easily see the SITS team favorites (with prices). Such a helpful tool and I am so thankful for it!

My son is currently still in his infant car seat but with BF sales I wanted to jump on finding car seats for when he grows up. Purchasing a convertible car seat is unbelievably overwhelming and I have used SITS resources to guide me. With SITS I bought two separate car seats. I loved the automatic text reminders, her helpful car seat quiz, I also follow Michelle and her team on Instagram and find it helpful and fun. She shares realistic and helpful life experience along with unbelievably valuable insight regarding car seats and safety. Came for the car seats, hanging around for all of it. Thank you Michelle!
