We had a hiccup with our virtual consultation (on a Sunday evening no less - which was super aggravating) but Danielle was so quick to respond and make it right- Even at 6pm on a Sunday! We had our meeting an hour after it was originally scheduled and she was wonderful! It would have been easy for them to say we missed our window and reschedule us for a later date, but they didn’t do that! Answered all of our questions and went above and beyond helping us with our situation. So I cannot recommend SIT enough, even with our hiccups they went above and beyond! Thank you so much Danielle!

As a first-time mom, I had no clue which car seat to buy. The Car Seat Finder Tool made it so easy to find the right one. So glad I found them!

This is the easiest tool to use for getting the right carseat for your children and the car you have. I will recommend it to all my friends! Thank you for providing a tool that makes the many decisions we make daily a bit easier.

I used SITS car seat recommendation 3 years ago when looking for my first child. I just used it again today (February 2025) and it is amazing and so much more user friendly than it used to be (which was still good, but this is way better). Thank you for making this!!

The kit is a wonderful resource and Michelle’s SITS team is beyond helpful to help with any questions you may have afterward. I checked with them on a concern I had for my specific car and they helped me right away. Absolute 10/10 care and service. The cost of the kit is worth the sense of ease I feel now having made my new car seat purchase.

My son outgrew his car seat and we needed to get him a booster seat. My husband and I had NO idea where to start. The car seat finder tool was so easy to use and gave us a great list of booster seats. I loved that I could easily see the SITS team favorites (with prices). Michelle, My son is currently still in his infant car seat but with BF sales I wanted to jump on finding car seats for when he grows up.
