My ex-husband sees Dr. Danielle. I can't give enough praise to the entire staff, from front desk to medical staff. Everyone is extremely pleasant, conscientious, professional and kind.
The facility is clean and spacious.
I will recommend it to others looking for geriatric care.

I left Sage several months ago for reasons I've explained previously. And once again they are stressing me. Received a h uge lab bill because they didn't file insurance.

Once again I have to deal with Sage. I left them for reasons previously explained 2 months ago. Today I receive a HUGE bill from the lab they use because Sage did not file the insurance. This is STRESS, Sage!! Get your act together

Today is second time they called me about a missed appointment that was canceled.. Bloodwork took 2 weeks to come back. Zero test results on portal. Receptionist is awesome. Dr is kind. Staff is polite but not welcoming or friendly. Had to reschedule bloodwork because they didn't have what they needed...I was already there and had to come back. They phoned in meds but did not inform me. I have filled out a patient survey. Today they called me about a missed app that they canceled. I realize some of this is start up problems but i cant take the stress. Please quit calling me. I said on survey I did not want to be contacted. I have returned to my former primary Dr.

When you call the doctor's office you get a reply the same day from your doctor. The staff is friendly, they take the time to listen to you.

Finally... A doctor's office that I can get into and not have to wait for hours! I have a wonderful doctor who listens. You can tell that she actually cares about how I feel. That's hard to find! But I found it! From the ladies up front to the doctors and nurses in the back, this place is perfect!!

I was so happy to find Sage for seniors
My doctor is up and beyond the greatest doctor spent lots of time with me and explained lots
The staff cares a lot and is very polite and curtious as to the well being of seniors. Thank you Sage and the employees for caring for us seniors
