I had blood work done here and everything seemed ok until I kept calling to get my results and it hadn't came in yet. When it did they still didn't get a hold of me to tell me the results. They transferred them to my regular PCP on University.

I called early yesterday with a health issue & was told Dr. Owen would get back to me. I never heard back from anyone at Sage. Up until now, I have been very pleased with the efficiency of the staff.
