Adam was knowledgeable, empathetic, and very informative at this challenging time. When the family decided it was the right time for our mom to make the move to assisted living, Adam provided us with guidance after listening and hearing our concerns and needs as related to our mom. He accompanied us to the facilities we were interested in, kept notes for us and interjected with questions when we needed his insight. Adam has kept in touch throughout this process and continues to be available as a trusted advisor and advocate.

I was referred to John Alagood, PhD of SCA in the DFW area, by the SCA franchise owner in Scottsdale, AZ. My sister has been struggling with her health, and her adult children were trying to care for here. I knew they needed guidance as to Medicare, and all the different facilities that care for seniors. John referred me to his colleague, David Adams, RN, to assist my niece and nephew with my sisters options. He was able to locate a facility to provide the care my sister needs, while working with my sisters children and a budget she can afford for her private care that she requires. Most importantly, he provided status and information to me all thru the process, as I live in Scottsdale. David went above and beyond, providing peace of mind to my family, and dignity for my sister. I can't say enough about the care and professionalism the SCA provided!
