Dick and I could not have had anyone better than Nikki Hempseed on hand to sell our house . She was always there for us giving sound advice and encouragement and was totally unflappable. She knows the Aberdeen market , the builders, decorators, gardeners but more importantly she got to know us and our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for Nikki. Parking in the middle of the street while trying to sell a property is unacceptable. Its a tiny street and no-one can pass. How you think this makes you look good infront of viewers is beyond me. Viewers are literally standing next to your car blocking the whole street Then the "Director" calling me after I have called to make a compaint and telling me I should not have told your agent to not park in the middle of my street! Flabergasted! Lets hope I never have to buy a property off you. Would never even contemplate using you to sell. Zero stars.
