To anyone looking to sell their property or are in the process of selling and are unhappy with the service they are receiving as I was with my old estate agent, please get in touch with Nikki. I cannot state enough just how professional she has been with the sale of my property and the lengths she went to in marketing it and keeping me updated at every stage.My property had been on the market for a year with a well-known estate in agent in Aberdeen. They took the money and posted the property on an Aberdeen property website and theirs and that was it. After a while of receiving no feedback and countless calls to them as time went on to see if we needed to do something different marketing the property and constantly getting " Yeah if you want to " or "we can do more marketing but you will have to pay more" I made the decision to use Nikki after a referral from someone going through the same issues as I was.Its taken her 2 weeks to get 4 viewings and we have j

Joan McAuley was fantastic throughout the process and we would highly recommend her and Simpson & Marwick for selling your property. Despite selling in a slow and difficult market, Joan always had fresh ideas and persisted until she found a very good buyer. Our only comment is that we would have preferred that Simpson & Marwick returned to advertising on ESPC as well.
