Thank you Dave and Mr. Cho. My I-601A waiver was approved. My basis was that I had to support my US Citizen mother. The process does require doing a lot on your part and following instruction provided by Mr. Cho and his assistant. But as long you are educated enough, you should be fine following the instructions and looking over everything yourself as well.

In 2018 I got engaged to a Chinese woman that had a negative outcome on a previous marriage and was deemed fraudulent therefore our first attempt on a Fiance VISA was unsuccessful. I contacted 12 immigration attorneys and all said there was no hope. I then contacted Mr. Cho's law firm and he said he has had many successful cases with I601 Waivers and he successfully got us approved with USCIS. He also helped us, with great success, through the rest of the process in getting my wife her green card. I would highly recommend Mr. Cho's law firm. It is imperative to have a good immigration attorney in dealing with USCIS and the obstacles that can arise in dealing with government agencies. Mr. Cho's entire staff was very helpful and friendly and I highly recommend using his firm for immigration issues.

I contacted attorney Cho in March of 2023 as I needed help to file form I-601 waiver. My case was a complex one, but attorney Cho and his team worked so hard to ensure that my case got approved before the deadline. By mid-October, I received an approval notice thanks to all their efforts. I would not hesitate to file for an AOS again through his firm once my husband becomes a US citizen. My husband and I hired Mr. Michael to assist with the filing of our spousal visa. The entire process from USCIS > NVC > Embassy took 10 months with approval right away. From my experience low office of Michael Cho, is an immigration office works great for his clients. It has experience, and does best efforts to win cases. It brought my vertue after many many several years of tryings.
