I wish I had never given this company my money. If I could I would give zero stars. I signed up for the premium service and uploaded all the documents requested. I then started receiving emails saying that I was missing pages of Complaint. I wasted time and money to go to the courthouse to get the exact same documents I had been uploading all along. When I pointed this out, I STILL received emails asking for "missing" documents. Complete wasted of time and money

Terrible. The answer document that was created made no sense as a response to the complaints in the summons, the defenses did not apply, were in correct or made no sense as a defense to my complaint. It was also stated that I would have the option to choose if I wanted to print and file the document on my own or have Solosuit file it for me and I was not given that option instead they just submitted the filing and now I’m in a panic over the courts receiving that as my answer as I will guaranteed lose my case. I’m very unhappy with how this is turning out! I’m really hoping it can all be reversed and fixed before using this service ends up being the reason for loosing this collection case and having an unnecessary judgement placed against me.

Solo Suit/Settle handled my case efficiently and professionally, and provided constant updates with clear communication.
