Wrong form, archaic language, and nothing about hardships. The defense included "unclean hands" - that's going to wow the judge and get my 93 year old mother with dementia laughed out of court. If you have a debt collection issue, this is not the way to go. The 25% negative reviews are right on target with this AI-driven corporation.
