Casey Ashby owner does not do training for technicians and steadily violates epa, department of agriculture rules and regulations. I reported these issues to staff and nothing was done to correct the issue.rodenticide can harm animals and people alike , but they keep installing it improperly

We are very pleased with Spire Pest Control. We were having trouble with ants and hired them to spray our house. The specialist, Dylan, who came to take care of our problem was very friendly and knowledgeable. He sprayed and took care of the issue we were having. We haven't seen an ant since!

Save yourself the headache and stay away from them. Worst experience we've had in 20 years living in Florida. The first technician showed up for a few minutes and then left without doing anything. After we tried canceling we were told that technician is no longer with the company they were sending someone new, He came once then our scheduled day kept getting rescheduled then we were told they were charging us anyway because they couldn't get into the gate, We told "them"(apparently they're office is run by people in their own homes) we were not happy and they kept saying were not in the office now but that a manager would call us back. Then we got a $250 charge on the credit card for cancelling.

They made an appointment with me to spray my home and told me I hade to vacate the premises for two days. I rented a hotel for two day's and they didn't call or show up for the service now I'm out of $300 for the hotel and I still have my problem to be settled another day.
