I have trained with Leesh and Jon pre-babies, throughout both my pregnancies and post-pregnancies. They are both so knowledgable and no workout is ever the same, which I love. They consider my past injury and they know how to push me the perfect amount. The vibe at Team Validus in the mornings is so welcoming and motivating, I can’t recommend Team V enough!

We have recently joined the boutique gym Team Validus after our last gym closed. We didn’t think we would find something with the same vibe…we were wrong! We love the team friendly atmosphere, everyone knows your name and Jon and Alicia genuinely care about your health and fitness - pushing you every step way. Absolutely love being a part of this gym, and makes waking up at 4.30am easy (they do have other class times available)! The trainers are genuine and caring towards their members. I love the way the classes are always different and incorporate a range of body movements. Would recommend!

Team Validus is a great boutique gym that suits everyone's needs. It has a great vibe where you feel like part of the family. They offer amazing group glasses at a time that most gyms aren't even open or manned. Each class is always different and very rarely duplicated which helps with my own motivation and fitness goals. Their commitment to each and every member is amazing and their guidance in every aspect in and around the gym and fitness goes beyond any other gym i have attended.
