They were fantastic. A coach bolt snapped on a tent that I bought from them just as we were getting ready to leave on holidays. They went above and beyond pulled apart another tent, got the replacement bolt and didn’t charge me a thing.

Cluttered and hard to find anything. Maybe its because of the space constraints. It small size compared to others.
If you are thinking to go and checkout whats in-store, don't do it ! > search it online then go here. They do have good stocks, but u should know what u want before hand.
Staff was ok but limited and mostly behind the counter.

Avoid.. This use to be my go to camping store on the Sunshine coast, but recently has gone down hill with a new manager, a few of the long term very experienced staff have left and the new manager needs to learn some people skills in the way He deals with customers. better service at the nearby Anaconda and Bcf. Real shame as it was a good store.

Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and they have a lot of great products and their pricing are okay. I just wish that they had a bigger store to showcase more tents. The tent I purchased was not on display or on the shelves......not even the brand. Let's hope they get a larger outlet soon.

Went here (drove 300km) to buy some items, love tent world stores, but the staff here and no where to be seen. All in the stock room doing nothing. When I did get someone they looked clueless at me and said there's no stock. But there was.. , Left thinking I should of bought directly from supplier.
