I visited Tent World Ipswich on March 13, 2026 to have an issue checked with a twisted tent I purchased in July 2025. Ian and Ethan assisted me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided.
Both of them took the time to carefully inspect the tent and confirm that the twisting was actually a manufacturer issue. Instead of rushing the process, they thoroughly checked everything and made sure the problem was properly understood. They then opened a brand new replacement box to check the tent, only to find that it had an even worse twist. Without any hesitation or frustration, they opened a second new box and inspected that one as well, which thankfully turned out to be perfect.
Throughout the whole process, Ian and Ethan remained patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping resolve the issue. At no point did they show any sign of frustration, even though it clearly took extra time and effort. Their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I walked away satisfied really stood out.
This was truly customer service at its finest. Huge thanks to Ian and Ethan for their outstanding help and professionalism.

Terrible with faulty products, such a nightmare to deal with and I will never shop there again. 300W Oztrail Solar blanket and 1300W Oztrail battery purchased online via Click and Collect at Tentworld. I went to the Brendale store to collect the items. As we had no power following November storms in Brisbane, I was desperate, I had informed the staff of the situation as well. The battery looked fine however the box that the solar blanket came in was in quite poor condition. The Tentworld staff member asked me to sign for the items before I was actually able to see them. When I queried the poor condition of the box I was told that it sustained damage in transit but that the product was new. I asked to swap it for another one and my request was declined. Our power came on later that evening so I never tried the solar blanket. However in January during after another power outage I got the chance to try the solar blanket. It was charging the battery at 6% in an hour. The manual says 4 hours to full charge. I contacted Tentworld about this and they have been making me jump through hoops and are denying the fault exists. Such a massive waste of time! I have so many photos to show it is faulty, I have tested the blanket with 2 different batteries and provided them with ample evidence, and have now had to lodge claims with my bank, the manufacturer, Office of Fair Trading and ACCC. Spare yourself the drama and shop elsewhere.
