Dr. Sabbagh and his team are fantastic! I was referred to The Periodontal Group by my prosthodontist at MADE. I am in the process of reconstructing an approximately 10 year old implant site that has experienced some gingival rescission and is considered a "complicated case". After being told by other dentists this is a normal process of "aging" and there is nothing to do, the team at The Periodontal Group and MADE developed a proactive plan to help me achieve a smile I feel confident showing. Dr. Sabbagh performed my gingival graft and called me after the procedure to check-in, ensure I was doing well and answer any questions. The entire team has been exceptionally thorough with clear discharge instructions, follow-up, and continued collaboration with the team at MADE. Additionally, my insurance continued to deny my claim. Unfortunately, something that I am all too familiar with. Instead of Lisa giving up, she continued to dispute the insurance company for over TWO MONTHS (!!) and was able to get my claim processed. I have NEVER experienced that type of customer service when it comes to dental insurance disputes. Although my dental journey isn't quite over, I am confident in the care that The Periodontal Group will continue to provide.
