This was a spontaneous extraction. I was experiencing pain. From the moment I walked in the door, I was cheerfully greeted, by very personable front desk women. They engaged with me, and made me feel heard. The dental assistant, Crystal, was charming and professionally helped me release the high level of anxiety I was feeling. Dr. Basel Hajjar, was “Grrrrreat”! It was not an easy extraction. The tooth broke into many pieces, but he was able to make me laugh with his high energetic personality. He kept asking how I was doing, and would not take “ok” for an answer. We all laughed when he quickly elevated my answer , and my mood, to “Grrrrrreat”.

I only waited a few minutes to be seen and then I was treated very courteously while the tech explained what was going to happen. Dr. sabbagh was very pleasant and took his time explaining the planned procedure. I felt completely at ease.
