I cannot express how disappointed I am with The Sleep Loft. From start to finish, this has been a nightmare.
First, the mattress I ordered arrived weeks later than promised*, with zero communication from their team. When I finally reached out, their customer service was *rude and dismissive, acting like my concern was an inconvenience to them.
Then, when the mattress had a defect (a visible sag after just two weeks), they made the return process impossible. They demanded *excessive documentation**, delayed responses for days, and then tried to blame me for the issue. The return policy they advertise is a complete lie*—hidden fees and excuses at every turn.
To make matters worse, their "white-glove delivery" was a joke. The delivery guys were late, left the mattress half-unwrapped in my hallway, and didn’t even remove the packaging.
Save your money and sanity—avoid The Sleep Loft at all costs. There are far better mattress companies out there that actually care about their customers.

Worst mattress shopping experience ever! The salesperson was overly aggressive, wouldn’t let us browse in peace, and kept pushing the most expensive models. When we asked about their 'price-match guarantee,' they backtracked and said it didn’t apply to 'certain brands'—only after we’d spent an hour testing beds. Felt like a bait-and-switch scam. Left without buying anything and went to a competitor with honest pricing.

I’m extremely unhappy with my experience here. My fiancé and I purchased a bed here and we called ahead and paid extra to have it delivered on the day we moved in. Turns out, the person on the phone I spoke to did not take the hold off the bed to send the order to the fulfillment center so the bed never arrived. Now we will be waiting another 7-10 days just for it to ship to the fulfillment center in NJ. The staff were not empathetic to our situation at all when we called to sort it out. We didn’t get one apology for someone on their end not taking the hold off when we called previously. Here’s what our bed will look like for the next two weeks. Super unhappy with our experience here.
