I feel grateful to live in an area where a showroom like this is available. After all, a mattress is one of the most important purchases we make in our lives, and it's certainly risky making a blind buy.

Where is the 10th star? 5 is not enough. Our experience could not have been better. Why go to a store when you can just buy on line? Holly. She was able to clearly explain the differentiators from every bed in the store as well as those sold at other businesses. Holly also made the purchasing process easy and quick. Ten stars!

Patrick was so helpful — not pushy, really worked with our budget, and was incredibly patient with me (even when I came to the store three separate times with a bunch of questions). Highly recommend!

⭐★☆☆☆ – A Nightmare Experience with Sleep Loft
What began as a promising order turned into a complete disaster.
False delivery promise: My order was originally supposed to arrive tomorrow, but Sleep Loft hasn’t even provided a tracking number.
No customer support: I tried contacting the store directly, with no response. Emails went unanswered, and calling proved fruitless.
Forced to dispute the charge: At this point, I’ve had to initiate a fraud dispute through my credit card company due to their lack of communication and delivery confirmation.
Unfortunately, this experience has been so poor that I can no longer recommend Sleep Loft to anyone.
