I cannot express how disappointed I am with The Sleep Loft. From start to finish, this has been a nightmare.
First, the mattress I ordered arrived weeks later than promised*, with zero communication from their team. When I finally reached out, their customer service was *rude and dismissive, acting like my concern was an inconvenience to them.
Then, when the mattress had a defect (a visible sag after just two weeks), they made the return process impossible. They demanded *excessive documentation**, delayed responses for days, and then tried to blame me for the issue. The return policy they advertise is a complete lie*—hidden fees and excuses at every turn.
To make matters worse, their "white-glove delivery" was a joke. The delivery guys were late, left the mattress half-unwrapped in my hallway, and didn’t even remove the packaging.
Save your money and sanity—avoid The Sleep Loft at all costs. There are far better mattress companies out there that actually care about their customers.
