I visited this shop to buy birthday treats and gifts for my dog Maya, who just turned five. The staff member who helped me was very kind and attentive to everything I was looking for.
I especially loved that they offer fresh treats with minimal, organic ingredients that really stood out to me. Cakes, ice cream and cool treats!
Everything was excellent and thoughtfully curated. Another big plus is their return policy if a product doesn’t sit well with your pet, which shows they truly care.
Overall, such a lovely shop. Highly recommended!

This review is for people who buy raw food and especially in larger quantities. Big bad woof stocks a wide variety of raw dog food brands and we often buy K9 kravings from them. Unfortunately, they don't tend to stock large quantities of all brands so we have to order in advance. That part is understandable. What is more annoying fixable is the online ordering system is pretty broken and the efficiency of phone orders are dependent on who is around when you call. Also, twice now we've placed phone orders and they were ready but we didn't receive a notification call. And then when we go to pick up the order, half the time they can't seem to find our order in the system for whatever reason. In the end, it's always sorted out, but it's just very inefficient and time consuming. We order large quantities of raw food so I guess we're kind of outlier customers, but regardless, our consistent experience has been placing big orders (that I'm guessing are high margin orders for them?) is a hassle. Nonetheless, they're still the best option for raw food in this area, and we've frankly had similar experiences with other vendors. I'm sure BBW doesn't need my advice, but I'm guessing some nontrivial fraction of business is being lost due to the website and payment backend being jenky. Anyway, I'll update this review if anything is ever fixed.
