I regret hiring a lawyer for this situation, as it ultimately got reduced to something I could have handled on my own. I also felt that Catherine didn’t fight as hard for me as I expected. There were several contradictions in the disclosure, and I believe the ticket could have been withdrawn, but it didn’t feel like those issues were pushed as strongly as they could have been.Additionally, the fact that I can’t even see my one star review while everything else shows five stars gives me a bad feeling. It makes it seem like this may not truly reflect a five star establishment and raises concerns about whether other critical reviews have been removed.
