Imagine making customers talk to an operator Just lost my business.

Catherine from Ticket Force provided a great service. My charge was withdrawn and the process leading up to the result was quick and easy. Correspondence was prompt and clear. I would definitely use this service again (hopefully I wouldn't have to) and would recommend it to my friends.
