Dr. Tamplen’s office has honestly been such a blessing. The whole staff is warm, patient, and so easy to talk to — I always felt seen, supported, and never rushed.
And Dr. Tamplen himself? His confidence and calm energy instantly make you feel like, “Okay, I’m good. I’m safe. I’m taken care of.”

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Tamplen, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the first consultation to every follow up appointment, his level of patient care has been exceptional. He took the time to listen to my goals, explain the procedure in detail, and make sure I felt comfortable at every step.
The recovery process has been smooth, and even though I still have some swelling (totally expected!), I can already see how beautiful the final result will be. Dr. Tamplen’s attention to detail and commitment to his patients really shows in his work.
I feel genuinely cared for and supported, and I’m so excited to see the final outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Tamplen to anyone considering rhinoplasty!

Tamplen is an incredible surgeon. He is thorough, explains things well and is quite frankly, a pioneer and expert in his field. He would never steer you wrong and knows what’s best for your face as far as rhinoplasty goes. But on top of that, internally, he ensures you have a healthy nasal passage for proper breathing and for long term results. Im also a physician and would highly recommend Dr. Tamplen.

I am only 6 weeks post Facelift, Lateral Brow Lift, and Bilateral Lower Blepharoplasty with Dr. Tamplen, and I can confidently say he has literally turned back time. I still can’t believe how natural, refreshed, and lifted everything looks — it’s truly me, just years younger.

To say Doctor Tamplen has changed my life would be an understatement. I have always believed my nose could be prettier and ultimately myself be prettier and thanks to his gift, both have happened. I am about 3.5 weeks out of surgery, and I have never felt more seen and loved by the general public. He just gets what you want and does it. My surgery was complex because of a previous septoplasty, and Doctor T didn’t bat an eye.
If you want a nose that looks pretty in real life and a columella that isn’t obviously messed with, choose Tamplen Plastic Surgery. I have received more compliments about my eyes and face because of my new refined nose than ever before, and he has restored/ignited confidence in me I never had.
Olivia and Mallory are also literal angels from above and are always a text or call away. They make me laugh and have been a HUGE part of the recovery process. Yes, you don’t have to get plastic surgery to look and feel better, but if you do choose to go that route, Matthew Tamplen is the real deal. Anyone with a license plate that says Face Doctor has my vote. The whole experience was iconic. Book the consult.

I’m about one week post-op from a rhinoplasty with Dr.Tamplen and I am very satisfied with my experience! This was my first time having any plastic surgery and I was very nervous trying to select the best surgeon for me. What I liked most during my consultation with Dr.Tamplen was that I was reassured my nose would be tailored to fit my face rather than shaping it to be as small or slim as possible. He and his staff answered any questions I had and were very communicative about pre-op and post-op instructions. Day of surgery the team was very supportive and really looked out for my well being - which I was so appreciative of as I was definitely nervous! After getting my splint off and seeing the results even after a week I absolutely love my nose! My expectations were exceeded and I am feeling like a better version of myself :) I highly recommend anyone who is wanting to get a rhinoplasty for the first time to see Dr.Tamplen!

Dr. Tamplen is amazing! His bedside manner, thoughtful approach, and technical expertise helped me to have an awesome experience. I had a septo/rhinoplasty done and he exceeded my expectations. I wanted a small bit of reshaping my nose and he did just that, along with helping to fix my deviated septum that had been bothering me for years. I can breathe way better now and could notice a difference immediately! Highly recommend Dr. Tamplen!

If you are in the market for a Rhino, look no further. I searched for nearly 8 years before I was referred to Dr. Tamplen by a friend. He is literally "the guy" for a rhino. He has a custom tip technique he developed which offers great structural support that also looks very aesthetically pleasing and natural (not overdone like many other styles). I had surgery with him over 2 months ago and it has FOREVER changed my life for the better. My breathing has significantly improved, something I struggled with all my life as my nasal septum was very deviated and had collapsing nostrils. I get significantly more oxygen in now, I can honestly think more clearly, my workouts have improved and overall quality of life has changed for the better in countless ways. I didn't realize how negatively affected I was by my nose until after the surgery. Without a doubt one of the best things I have ever done. Dr. Tamplen knows his craft and is a wizard with his hands and technical know how. Put your trust in him and you will not be disappointed. His staff Olivia and Mallory are also amazing in their own right and make a great compliment to the overall experience. Overall this procedure changed my life and I'll be forever grateful for it, thank you Dr. Tamplen and Team.

My experience overall was very positive. I had to reschedule a procedure at the last minute and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The nurse who assisted me in the follow up appointment was very gentle which is much appreciated!
