8 days in New York and never the slightest problem with our Wifio device. It couldn't have been easier to use and we had a fast and secure internet connection everywhere in the city on two cell phones and a tablet. We were completely satisfied and will definitely use Wifio's service again on our next trip abroad - clearly a 100% recommendation!

We could not find many reviews for Wifio for our trip to Switzerland, so we took a gamble and booked with Wifio as the other companies were about $250, US dollars for a 15 day trip, and Wifio was about $55, US dollars. Also, Wifio was unlimited Wi-Fi unlike some of the other companies!! Needless to say, we were thrilled with how good the Wi-Fi was. Pickup at Zurich Airport was easy as could be, with detailed instructions- with pictures- as to how to find the counter to pick it up. Wi-Fi was fantastic in every section of the country we traveled, including more remote villages. The only place it didn't work was going under tunnels on the train- as to be expected! Held a great charge- super simple return in a prepaid envelope- had all the charging devices. We only had to charge it once when we were gone for over 12 hours for the hotel and just used one of the power banks we bought on Amazon for our cell phones. Honestly, it was so cheap that if you don't like it, you can just return it and eat a little money and order a different company's Wi-Fi to your next hotel. I highly doubt that would ever happen, but that's what we planned on doing! Overall, would definitely use this company again!

This worked great, everywhere. Very efficient way to keep our whole group of 3 people connected at all times… even on top of mountains and in tunnels. We’d never go to Switzerland again without doing this.

I am truley amazed by how smooth the whole service worked. Picked it up, high speed internet for a fair price and an responsive and friendly customer service. Had a question which was answered super quickly. And at the end you just drop the device with the supplied return envelope into the next post box. You find plenty of those yellow boxes in Switzerland. I know this service from Japan, did not expect to find it in Switzerland too. But I did! Never travel without internet.

Our experience with Wifio was great. 12-day trip. Pickup from the post office at Geneva airport and returned via a post box in Zurich.
Connection with the modem was good, and the kit received had all you need to keep it charged. I personally had a power bank to ensure the modem never runs out of battery. Didn't have concerns with the battery lasting the whole day out, and battery only got low if it was a full day of high data use and its perhaps after dinnertime.

Simple booking process, picked up at Zurich Airport and drop off in any post box. The device worked well and stable connection.

Es una buena solución para tener wifi en Suiza, muy recomendable a partir de 3 personas o más que lo compartan.
El único pero es que la batería del aparato no aguanta un día completo.
