RTL Trades discussed a job for me and quoted a reasonable price on it. After this I had to continue to follow them up to see what was happening. They then sent a quotation which I signed and returned. After more following up to see when the job would be done it was agreed that it would occur on a certain date. Prior to the job a jobs manager came to my house to look at the job. He seemed quite negative about the work. On the day before my job was to commence, he rang to say that RTL would not do the work and contested what had been discussed with me by the first estimator and what was in the quote. He said that the first estimator no longer worked with RTL and that he wasn't party to what had been discussed and he couldn't do the job as quoted . I advised him that I contracted with the company not individuals. I had a number of other trades backed up to this job and have now had to tell them all that RTL pulled the pin. I would not encourage anyone to use this company.

I had a double door installed on my bedroom to reduce main road noise in my apartment. Totally worth it, I've seen about a 15 decibel drop in the noise from motorbikes and busses taking off at the lights and i'm now sleeping much better. Wish I had done this years ago! The team at Winsulation were very professional and contactable right from the quoting process through to install and invoicing. They even sent someone out to match up the colour of my existing door which was very much appreciated. Bear in mind they do require two sets of deposits before installation which I haven't come across before, but a small ask considering what a great end result they achieved.

We had Winsulation install double glazing to our home recently and they were great. The salesperson was helpful as we were unsure if we should do all of our windows or just some. We decided to replace all of our windows and I'm glad we did. The installer Ray was excellent and made sure things were finished neatly. If we ever move, I'll be calling them again!

Really professional service and product. The new window frames were designed perfectly to follow the lines of the existing windows with the bonus that the big middle window also slides and can be removed for ease of cleaning. The sound blocking quality is excellent, definitely worth the investment. The company were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process and everything was delivered as promised and on time.

Chris came out to fix our fuses and consumer main that blew on the weekend. I couldn’t recommend him enough! He was honest about the time frame to get the job done and easy to communicate with about the issues. He works all day from early morning til late afternoon to restore our power and for that I am so thankful! What a legend! A hats off to his coworker who came out to give him a hand also, cheers keep up the good work
