Would be nice if you could talk to someone. Have one question that would take 30 seconds to ask and get answered but instead I have to submit a ticket online to a dept thats open different hrs, and wait? If you guys are open, then it only makes sense to have one person to answer the phone. KTM is NOT that hard up. This is the only ktm dealer around me and it really makes me not want to return.

accessories I have sought. Their communication is great and they answer inquiry promptly. Their braapcash program is a generous bonus. My go to for ktm parts and accessories. Ordered a pair of boots in February 2025, after a few weeks it never shipped, I emailed and called and the only person that answers the phones cancelled the order without my consent.
I called back asking for them to fulfill my order and not cancel it. They assured me it would ship in a week… it slipped my mind, it is now mid April 2025, 2 months later and the order still shows processing on their website.
They are ignoring all my emails and still have not fulfilled my order. Do not order anything from this company!! They are drop shippers and do not stock any inventory, absolutely horrible company. This is after they failed to fulfill two separate orders previously.
Someone gave me a $100 gift card to this horrible place and after years of trying I’ve still been unable to use it. ABSURD.

This company is an absolute disgrace to the motorsports industry. I placed an order for a few “in stock” parts two months ago from their AOMC website. They took my money and never shipped the parts. They don’t answer the phone at all. I had sent multiple emails about the order and all I got in reply were excuses about waiting for delivery before they ship it to me. I finally gave up after a month and a half of waiting and asked for a refund Twice! Two weeks later and the order says cancelled but still NO REFUND! There’s no excuse for treating customers this way. It’s called Fraud! I wish I had read the other negative reviews on here before I got ripped off too. I just ordered the same exact parts from a different retailer and had them at my door in two days.
