I feel like the level of customer service with ASZ International has gone downhill lately. When I first got my policy through ASZ back in 2019, Joann did an amazing job with getting me in the right policy for a great price. The experience was seamless and very straight forward. During my renewals, Christina used to be on top of everything when it comes to making sure my renewal goes through without a hitch. All of my questions and concerns were addressed with urgency.
Fast forward to February 2025, every time I would ask Alex questions about my renewal, she would either not answer it at all, she would take too long to address, or she would take weeks to respond back to me. I had reached out to Christopher and I gave him my feedback regarding Alex's service. He told me that I can direct all my questions and concerns back to me. I was okay with that arrangement.
Two months later, I reached out to Christopher regarding getting an Auto Insurance quote on three vehicles. He told me that I would have to have my policy with Traveler's rewritten since its a Non Owner Auto Policy. I totally understand that. However, I was never given a proper explanation as to why I cannot get a price quote from Travelers if they are my current insurer. He also told me that other insurers would be more expensive or refuse to provide quotes. I only found out about that after Christopher went one week without keeping me in the loop. Today is the final straw for me.
I have given ASZ International plenty of opportunities to get things going in the right direction for me. The constant lack of follow-up, the lack of willingness to provide a concrete explanation about my situation, and the lack of quotes for the vehicles I was looking at is beyond unacceptable. I will most likely be pulling out all my policies from them in the near future.
*** Just to clarify, I did call in earlier today at 11am and left a voicemail on Christopher's line regarding the issue. I have not gotten a response yet, so I'll wait until next week for follow-up.
