Don’t do it. No help. No true resolutions. My money was sent to an account that I don’t have access to and they don’t have an answer on how to fix it after two days but still say they are going to pull it out of my next check. Called bank it went to and they never received the money. Called Zelle they said I couldn’t receive the money because my account was closed with that bank. I have talked to two different people three different times they leave you in chats and don’t close them so you can start a new one. There is no phone number so speak with someone. Only email. If they other guys figures out how to start a class action lawsuit I want in. I would literally add screenshots but that’s sensitive information. When handling money this is unacceptable. They also told me that if the money wasn’t claimed in 24 hours it would be returned and it’s been more than 24 hours and nothing.

On Saturday I reached via chat because other than email that's the only correspondence. The first agent I had was horrible, she left the chat unattended for 10 minutes and next thing I know I have a new agent. I asked the new agent what happened to Jess. He (Paul) explained that she has went on break. Well Jess neve even told me that I was being transferred, she just never responded after 10 minutes. Then Paul ended up going on break but he actually told me I was being transferred to another agent. My question still never was answered but I'm truly thinking about finding out how to go about a class action lawsuit.

They don't even offer any help. You know it's a scam when they either never respond to negative reviews, or just say "we emailed you to talk about the problem."

Becky from Zayzoon was amazing! She was super patient and supportive, explaining everything clearly and assisting me through the whole process. I honestly thought the chat-only option would be a nightmare, but she made it a really positive experience. Great customer service all around!

I requested a deposit on 6/11, the website shows it was dispersed but the funds never made it to my bank account. I have spoken with my bank account several times and zayzoon who is giving me the run around on getting this resolved. I have proof there was never a deposit, but that will not satisfy the company and now I am in the hole for $200 I never received as they are refusing to resolve the problem. The bank cannot do anything because the deposit was initiated by zayzoon.

I've been trying to get an advance from zayzoom for over a week.they raised my 🧬 mot without speaking to me. Now they won't help at all they have black ed thechat function. I'm so mad cause I know this isn't 👍 that. Something needs to happenThey are so rude and unprofessional ppl.
