I understand that payroll timing issues can happen, but the situation was frustrating because my account was marked overdue even though the repayment was supposed to be automatic. I wasn’t clearly notified ahead of time, and having payouts paused caused unnecessary stress. I’d appreciate more transparency and advance communication when deductions fail so customers can avoid sudden interruptions.
