This was my first time using them and I was very pleased with the portrait that I received. I had a portrait done of friends of ours with their grandson and late son. Our friends cried when they saw it and absolutely loved it.

It was a simple process, artist's knew exactly how to put the pictures together. Every question was answered promptly.. Great service! No video, unfortunately everyone was down with the flu.. it was well received though!

The art was incredible, can’t recommend it enough for that but the communication lacked severely. Was given a 1 to 3 day estimate to receive the proof and it took well over 2 weeks. Still, very happy with the result.

I chose the "pay only after approval" option for my house portrait. They were very responsive and patient with me; I must've requested half a dozen revisions. I would definitely use their services again.

The customer service was fantastic. Questions were answered quickly and the artwork changes were done well and fast.

Overall great! It did take a little longer than expected on following up . I tried to reach out a few times , but they only respond through email . They did get back in touch with me , but it’s usually in 24 hours . Everything else was perfect.
