Pear Gargonzola Flatbread was very flavorful, the Panang Curry was excellent and hearty (had samba curry paste (hotter spuce) prepared with it and added blackened shrimp), Butternut Squash Soup was Great and the shot!

The hummus ruined us from liking any other place. It is awesome. The flat bread pizzas are great but the curry with chicken was perfect. So good we went two days in a row. Too bad we have to go home to Texas. Almost good enough to make us move here!

This place is awesome if you're looking for a great meal that's also healthy. Tons of vegan and vegetarian options. I had the seasonal butternut squash pizza which was incredible. Place is clean and has great service. Definitely worth checking out.

Went to True Food Kitchen tonight for the first time with my wife. I was a bit skeptical on what to eat being a meat maniac. We were greeted by our server Maria. For an appetizer we had cauliflower with a spicy sauce it was delicious. Maria figured out my personality and I went with the grass fed burger. Maria brought me a kale salad to try. It was very good. My wife had the lasagna Bolognese which was excellent. I will say that Maria made our experience extra special with her wonderful personality. She is a true asset to the company. We did get to meet the manager Garrett who also was very charming. I think with these people in place there True Food Kitchen will be extremely successful.

Soooooo good!!! Yeah it’s healthy but it doesn’t feel that way. We got the chopped salad with chicken. Amazing dressing perfect cold crisp variety of things in it. Grilled chicken Parm with fun vegetables and spaghetti squash casserole. Oh and a kids gluten free pizza just for taste. Delicious crust which is not easy to do. Everything was Super high-quality, wonderful service. You get what you pay for so don’t be surprised if your bill is a little bit steep. Totally worth it!
