Atmosphere: Very well design, warm tones, and high ceilings makes this a very comfortable place to sit down to enjoy a meal. Outside seating is available.
Service: very attentive and courteous.
Food: delicious options. It was 4 of us and we all had great meals. One of the highlights for me was the quinoa that came with the salmon. Dessert for me was a bit of a miss, though I'm accustomed to the dairy in my desserts so someone else that does not/should not consume dairy might enjoy them.
Overall: I think this place would satisfy 95% of people. I would definitely go again.

The best menu!! Super accommodating to allergies and gf/veg diets!! I usually get the shrimp taco entree which is dairy free and gluten free!! The service is sometimes better than others— but all together they usually take good care of your table. The summer “refresher” drinks are perfect, and the outdoor seating features beautiful yellow umbrellas that feel so bright and happy!

It wasn't that busy when we went on Saturday night. Reservation early but got sat immediately. Sean our server was good, friendly and as a first timer, helped with suggestions. Great fresh food done healthy. Definitely go check it out and enjoy

It’s so clean and they had a menu clearly marked for gluten and allergies. So many options for my special kids…and wine too!!! What more could I ask for?! The staff were so wonderful too!!!

We had the best experience at True Food Kitchen at Rosemary Square. They have created an absolutely beautiful restaurant with great ambiance! The food was absolutely amazing! Everything we had was delicious - pizza, sea bass, chicken parmesan! The Sea Bass was accompanied by zucchini salsa verde which tasted amazing with the street corn and cauliflower rice. The Chicken Parmesan was grilled which kept the chicken juicy and tender! Our server made great recommendations and was very attentive. Bobby G. has built an absolutely incredible team. Bobby personally checked in on us and our food multiple times. He truly cares about the guests dining and making their experience great. He even sent us a flourless chocolate cake to accompany the avocado key lime pie we ordered- both of which were incredible! After devouring the entire flourless cake Bobby told us that the ice cream on top was vegan - you couldn’t even tell! Even on opening night, every staff member went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome! We can’t wait to go back to try more items on their huge (and ever changing) menu and try brunch! Thank you Bobby and your team for a fantastic night!

Dined here for lunch while visiting the in-laws and I truly had a problem choosing what I wanted... There were so many tempting options and they were all gluten free!!! I ended up with the spicy Thai chicken noodle salad. I wasn't disappointed,I opted for the smaller portion, which may look small, but it is plenty ample!
My husband got the Southwest Chicken Salad and loved it as well. He got the large portion and struggled to eat it but did eventually because it was too good to leave behind.
I loved seeing all of the fresh lettuces and cabbages, the chicken being grilled in front of me... It doesn't get fresher than that.
We paired our meal with the fresh lemonades. I got the mandarin tumeric cardamom and he got the beet lemonade, both were tasty and not too sweet.
I hope that they open a Core Life Eatery in my backyard soon so I can become a frequent visitor!!!

Always a great meal here. Everything is so fresh. Their hummus appetizer is incredible. My go to entree is an ancient grains bowl with grass fed steak. It's perfect EVERY SINGLE TIME. Sorry for the caps, but they deserve it. Being consistent is important and they are.

I love this place. Modern, good service and great healthy food. Have gone several times and therefore have tried different stuff. Edamame dumplings, Ancient grains and teriyaki bowls are great. Really like the avocado key lime pie and the chocolate flourless cake. Also, all their juices are great!!
