Good food, very nicely appointed dining room, good drinks. I recommend any of the bowls, particularly the curry bowl. The cauliflower appetizer is good, the Brussel sprouts excellent. I did not care for the kale salad. Lots of vegetarian selections, seasonal menu.
I’ve been here three times and would come back. Reasonable prices, decent service, convienent central Boca location. Recommend.

I don’t love going to a mall to dine BUT true food kitchen is delicious and worth it. The TLT (tempeh lettuce tomato AVO ❤️) sandwich is amazing!

This place is very clean and neat and the customer service is great . The only reason I’m giving it four stars and not five is because I ordered the squash bolognese and it was only 1:30pm in the afternoon when they open at 11 on a weekday and the waitress comes and tells me they ran out . I mean if you’re running out of food two hours later after opening and you’re not paying attention there’s something wrong there . When she saw that I really couldn’t find anything else that capture my attention than she said oh let me see what I can do and came back telling me that they made more . This whole scenario to me it looked unprofessional I mean if happened 30 minutes before closing I totally get it but only 2 hours after being opened. They need to be more organized and aware .

We had the eggplant appetizer which was amazing, a chicken salad which was okay, and salmon with quinoa which was pretty good. There were many interesting drinks to choose from but we did not partake. Fortunately I planned ahead and brought food for my toddler as this restaurant is not child friendly (nothing on the menu and no paper to color on) but they did have booster seats (which we retrieved on our own). I would go back but only when we have an babysitter to keep the kids at home.

First thing... love the Earthy decor and atmosphere but my most favorite thing about this place was the kids menu. This is what a kids menu should look like. (I’ve added a picture of it) I tried a little bit of everything...the juice and smoothies are AMAZING. Had the one with banana and dates and the carrot turmeric, ginger juice, refreshing. The chicken salad was chewy and crunchy and super delicious. I gave it a 4 because I felt some items were a little salty and The in and out quinoa burger was just ok for me.

Atmosphere and ambiance was great, service was a bit slow and inattentive, and the food was pretty good. The prices aren't half bad and I would recommend checking it out if you like fresh, garden food.

This is the 2nd time I eat at TFK. The healthy concept is good but the food is ok...today there was a plastic wrap in the salad. One of the ladies came to apologize with the excuse they have produce?!? She gaves us a $2 discount. I wasn't sure how to feel about it.
Anyway Veronica the MOD came to apologize and took it out of the check. 5 stars to Veronica. Great personality and super professional!

Took my husband to True Food For our weekly Date Night. Being long time customers (since Manfred was manager) we expected the delicious food we were always accustomed to. NOT!! The food was less than subpar. My edamame dumplings were delicious UNTIL I found a piece of plastic in them. The Butternut Squash soup didn’t have any taste of Butternut Squash and was thin. Our entrees arrived and seemed perfect. WRONG AGAIN!! My spaghetti squash casserole was delicious but my husband’s chicken and grains entree came out cold and had to be returned. When it came out the second time the chicken was delicious but the grains were still cold. On a positive note, Diego, our server, was AMAZING. Emma, the manager, was very accommodating and obviously upset with our dining experience. What used to be a 5 star review is now a 3 star. The only reasons it isn’t a 1 star is due to Diego and Emma. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning or recommending True Food to anyone.

Been here 1 million times, and order from here weekly as well. Food sometimes is just good, other times is fantastic, depends on the cook I believe.
Service as always been very good except today.
I was mesmerized on the rudeness and entitlement after we had to wait 38 minutes for the food. Anthony was rude and unprofessional. The manager come with an attitude too.
They offered a dessert and we said we don’t eat sugar, but a small discount would be welcome.
His answer ABSOLUTELY NOT!
I wanted to tip 0, but I know tips are shared… so I left a small tip thinking of their colleagues.

We ate here today ordered grilled chicken sandwiches my moms was hard and dry. I don’t understand why the cooks don’t pay attention to what they r cooking and give ppl this kind of chicken to a customer. It’s unacceptable.

I was a little disappointed. How can a restaurante charge a hot tea $6? The amount of food from before is a big difference now. Not very impressed with the place in Boca Raton.

Had a simple request of light sauce on my sons kid pizza it was not light it was extra sauce had to get it remade second time it was done as ordered. This isn’t the first time with special requests that it’s been wrong. Also the manager saw me and didn’t assist I had to wait at side of bar for a server to ask is everything okay as I stood there with a pizza box was 3pm not busy .

Food was bland: grass-fed burger, seemed to be missing ingredients. Service ok. Ridiculous prices, but not for Boca where they take it like a champ.

So my Girlfriend ordered a Chicken Broth soup and it was just horrid. I ordered a Panini which was cold but fairly tasteful, the service was nice. The Atmosphere was fair despite the conditions of the plant life.
Just wish they had Free Refills. Though I get that everything is done at the moment but come on now just use the same glass cup.
Anyways. Although I personally wouldn't eat here again that probably shouldn't stop you from trying it out.
