I had another vehicle that I really loved but needed something with lots more cargo space, so shopped around for a Suburban. This was my first time buying from this dealership, and I dealt with Alonzo, Stephen and Kate and couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Everyone I met there was exceptionally friendly and professional. I didn't feel pressured, and it all happened so fast. I test drove the vehicle on a Monday evening and picked it up on Tuesday. They were very thorough getting me to learn all the new features of my new vehicle and the Chevy app. I love my new Suburban and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Garber Randall Chevrolet again.

Joe was fun to work with. I appreciated the casual, no pressure approach from him and Justin. I happened to be there late in the day when we sat in my new Colorado and I didn't realize it was past closing time because Joe wasn't trying to rush to leave. I think he realized that I was a bit overwhelmed by all of the features of the dashboard but he was just patiently trying to explain everthing and answer my questions to make sure that I understood everything. Thanks Joe. It must be a real challenge for you to explain everything to someone who isn't very tech savvy.
