After some research into electric vs. plug-in hybrid vehicles, stopped in at Farnsworth Chevrolet in Canandaigua, NY. Steve Voll showed us two cars, both Bolt EUVs. Fortunately, the color we favored also had the safety and comfort packages we were looking for. Thanks to Steve's expertise, a trip intended initially to explore our options resulted in our purchase of a 2022 Bolt EUV. This was remarkable because my wife wasn't quite convinced that we should take the plunge. Steve and the finance guy, Kevin, gave us plenty of options regarding extra packages, trade-in value of our current car, etc. and there was no pressure to buy; the only time factor was a factory incentive that was due to expire the following day. A test drive was then all it took to convince us that we had made the right decision to purchase. All told, we are comfortable that we got the best deal possible, thanks to the expertise and customer service provided by Steve and Kevin.
