My Silverado was exhibiting multiple malfunctions as shown on the dash display. I called Garber Farnsworth and Glen picked up the call, tried to troubleshoot over the phone, then allowed me to bring the truck in immediately. Long story short, Glen took ownership of the issue and had it diagnosed and repaired by a tech in less than 3 hours. Above and beyond my expectation.
