In an unusual recall for my Bolt drive battery replacement, Farnsworth took over whereas the dealership I bought from hadn't even done a replacement yet - this gave me confidence. Further, the service manager walked me through the process and they notified me when the battery became available and made the appointment. Service personnel were friendly and helpful and provided a loaner vehicle while they had my car for 2 days

Charlie Webb, our sales associate, was absolutely professional in every aspect of our interaction. He took the time to listen to our needs, understood them, and didn't try to oversell us on a vehicle we really didn't need. Plus, he took the extra time to remove my Bills vanity plate from the front of our previous vehicle rather than pass it off to someone else. It's a small thing, but that to me says he'll go the extra little bit to ensure a positive experience. I can't think of a single thing he could have done any better.
