Recently purchased a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer. A HUGE thank you to both Franklin K. and Elisabeth W. as they were extremely helpful making this a hassle-free experience. I was happy to see no running back and forth playing number games during the request for quote. The offer was given to me up front and on paper right away with all the numbers and there was no pressure to purchase when I exited the building. When I came back to make the purchase, they kept to the paperwork and didn't try to increase my payment (as I had seen other sales people do in other dealers in the past). Elisabeth went over all of the extra available options (e.g. rust proofing), offered me some discounts on them and explained everything to me clearly....again with no pressure to purchase the extras either! The sales manager was great too, really everyone was except the finance lady, she made the experience almost unbearable!
