Went wine tasting on Friday when our 2020 Chevy Equinox sound like I ran something over. We looked under the car after hearing a loud thump. We drove to the nearest Chevy dealer which was Farnsworth Chevy. After pulling into the service department we were met by a very nice gentleman that showed us were to go. We then met Scott a service consultant. After telling him our story he showed me the pipe that popped above the motor. He then told me they will get it in to be fixed right away. Thirty minutes later they pulled are car out and told us we were all set. We cannot say enough about the great people and service we received. It was nice to see that this dealership treated us so nice . We wish this dealership was close to Wheatfield N Y so we could go there all the time!
