Major kudos goes out to Eric, Nick, Katie, and Linette!! From Linette, who greeted John F and I with fresh coffee and a beautiful smile, started things off. Eric is a terrific salesman with a human touch - making sure that John and I felt comfortable through the whole process from show-off to sale. For him, he likes to leave his customers feeling like they are family. We definitely appreciate Eric transferring the license plate over to the new car! Nick, the finance guru, went over very specific information with John and I and left room for questions and answers. Katie went over last-minute details of the new car before John and I drove off. Her sense of humor is pleasant and contagious! Thanks Linette, Eric, Nick, and Katie!! You all are rock stars!! Every single one of you seem to have great respect for John and I as a married couple, a trait which is becoming less and less rare these days!
