I recently had an accident over 40 miles away from Farnsworth in Mumford. One of my first calls was to Charlie Hall / Body Shop knowing I would need his expert assistance. Initially I assumed I would be able to drive the car to Canandaigua, but quickly learned it was not drivable. Charlie not only sent a flat bed tow to get the car, he sent a courtesy car with it so I can drive home, all within 3 hours! This was above & beyond great customer service! Communication was the issue I had with RF Collision. Understand overwhelmed due to hail storm but would have appreciated interim notifications when hood arrived damaged and caused delay as well as unable to obtain a new windshield. Frustrating to have to repeatedly call for status update- originally told two weeks they would be done and all parts in. Six weeks later , car repaired! Only calls were those that I initiated- and response to phone calls very poor. Quality of work was fine.

My check engine light was coming on then going off. When I went to Garber Randall it was off. They researched the history, did an inspection and discovered the problem was 2 sensors. They fixed the problems and, hopefully, no more issues! It's only been a few days but so far so good!

They finally fixed our issues but one ordering are wheel locks still haven't come in yet! I have to say the communication has lacked getting updates on the truck! Also I wasn't happy with the truck on delivery it wasn't the salespersons fault, the service department dropped the ball on many things but they have tried to make things right! I appreciate the team effort it took my salesperson Eric and Jason the GM to get involved to make things get rolling! Thank you to those two people, hopefully the wheel locks will come in soon!

My overall review is that I had a very satisfying experience. I have no complaints. Glen at the service desk was great. He was great at setting up an appt for me and setting me up with a lender car while mine was being repaired. He was also a great communicator informing me as to what needed to be done and the cost of the repair..he got my approval before they started the repairs. Also I wanted to thank all the ones involved as far as the repairs that where done. The car is working great now. And I'm very happy. Thank you all so much.

Problem was quickly diagnosed. Part ordered. I was disappointed I had to contact dealership after a lengthy period to inquire about the part which was there (but I hadn't been notified.) Not a huge issue but disappointing. When I brought th vehicle in for the repair it was completed quickly and satisfactorily.

It was fast and efficient A little pricey but that's not entirely your fault. Wish tired rotation was just a service offered with oil changes rather than an extra charge
