I would say overall my experience was poor. When i got to the front desk at 8:00 am on a Saturday morning, i told the front desk lady i was there for an oil change. She then proceeded to tell me I was not in the book for that day. I still was able to get my oil changed and was out of there before the hour mark, but the way i was greeted when I went to check in did not sit well with me.
A similar situation happened to me the last time I brought my vehicle there for the same service. I checked im and told the same front desk lady I was there for an oil change. The same thing happened then, i was told i was not in their book for that day, i thought this had to do with the switch on ownership from farnsworth to garber.
I do live on the west side of Rochester but purchased my vehicle from Farnsworth ao have made the effort to have my vehicle serviced there just to maintain the relationship. I will say that considering how my last two experiences have been, i’m not sure I will be making the trip to have my vehicle serviced.
I have been helped the past two times when i brought my vehicle in for service which I am very appreciative of but I would prefer next time to not to be made to feel like I’m an inconvenience because someone forgot to put my name or appointment down in the book.
