My case has taken about 3 years to close out due to the truck wreck company dragging their feet. However Loren And her team ( Sam and Alma included) worked their absolute hardest to get the case closed out. The case was settled in December of 2020 and I am very happy with the results. I was rear ended in March 2020. I was hurt and trying to find an attorney, but I couldn’t get anyone to call me back... except Witherite Law group. I’m so thankful for their quick response and handling of my case. They worked fast to get me the medical attention I needed to feel better. Not to mention that they had my case settled within 10 months! I’m very pleased with the overall outcome and my attorney Chris explained everything in depth to me so I knew what to expect during the settlement process. My only complaint is that communication is a bit lacking. I feel that the law firm should give clients at least a once a month update on their case, but I know that they are extremely busy and probably have a huge clientele. Other than that, everything was great and I highly recommend.

I was in an accident not to long ago, and Witherite law group really helped me through my process. Victor Rodriguez helped me understand the lawyer jargon I would encounter during different parts of the process. He explained things in a way I would understand so I wouldn't feel lost of confused and assured me if I did feel lost in any part of it that he was there to help.
