If you are smart, you wouldn’t look any further. The hype for Witherite and associates is an understatement, as everything, including the hype, is bigger in Texas. However, Witherite not only delivers, the attorneys and their team go above and beyond to make sure they bring nothing but excellence to the court room! These people definitely do their research, homework, extra credit, and totally make the other attorneys look like C average students by doing so.. (this is not a lie; I seen it with my own two eyes.) Both of my attorneys (especially Victor) did very well at helping the jury visualize the pain and suffering I have acquired due to my car wreck in 2016. It was a long, sometimes frustrating almost 4 years, but Victor and his team made sure I was always in the loop and knew what was going on in my case. I am excited that it has come to an end, but bittersweet because I grew to actually like these people like family. Lol Thank you Victor, Vicki, Roxanne, Angelica, and all the other people whom I had the please working with in the last few years. And thank you Amy for providing quality legal services and building a firm that takes pride in protecting the working class from Big Insurance agencies. I am very happy with the outcome of my case.
