I would recommend Eberstein and Witherite to anyone. I hired them on a Monday. Tuesday I was at the chiropractor. Wednesday Hugo was at my house to check on me get a statement and pictures of my car. Getting into a wreck can be messy especially when the insurance companies are trying to take advantage of you. I got rear ended and E&W made this process easy and enjoyable for me. As soon as I called E&W they sent an investigator to my house and the same day I was in a chiropractors office getting treatment! They sent me to many doctors and specialists to get me checked out and treated to make sure that I was alright before letting me go. On top of all that, the settlement was completed in under 6 months. The pay out was larger than I expected. On top of treating me and dealing with my issues, they put a lot of money in my pocket to get further treatment. A special shoutout to Kris Heald and Rabia Said. Eberstein and Witherite (E&W) was great! I received regular updates about the status of my case. E&W answered every question I had. If I had to leave a message they were prompt in returning my calls. My car accident happened in Oct, 2017. They told me from the beginning to be patient. I never felt my health wasn't their priority for me. Even though my work/life schedule sometimes delayed things, E&W was consistent. I also felt cared for at each of the medical facilities E&W sent me to. Although the accident changed my physical health forever, E&W did all possible to reduce it's affects and I appreciate it.
