Before retaining their service I read the reviews and saw a lot of comments that they did not keep in touch and case managers were hard to reach. But, the good reviews outweighed the bad so I went with them and I am glad I did! I can't speak for all their case workers, but LELIA is AWESOME! Always answers her phone, calls back when she says she will, checks up on you, honest, dependable, caring! LELIA's customer service is excellent! She was removed as my caseworker and when I couldn't get answers I reached back out to her. LELIA jumped right into action and took care of me, even though she is no longer my case worker. She made sure my case manager contacted me right away and even followed up to make sure I had been taken care of. I work in customer service and when someone goes ABOVE and BEYOND like that, I cannot help but give credit where credit is due. I give them 5 stars just because of the excellent service I have received from LELIA. If they know whats best for them, they should have a staff of case workers with equal work ethic, customer retention/satisfaction, etc...... just closed my case today. THANK YOU KRIS HEALD AND STAFF!!!!!
