I dealt with these guys and I must say I am extremely pleased. The insurance company that I was up against gave me the hardest time and I felt cornered. After work with my attorney Victor R. I knew that I would be in good hands. My case actually ended up going to jury trial behind the defendant and her insurance company but again I was in good hands. I was in a horrible accident in 2012 that totaled my car. I had been hit by a person who ran a stop sign and had hit me so hard I was pushed into oncoming traffic. My passenger's side door wouldn't open. My alarm wouldn't turn off. All of my airbags in the front of the car deployed. My passenger and I both were transported to the closest hospital.
The other driver had good insurance and they paid me for my car quite quickly. However, the insurance company was trying to offer me a low settlement for treatment without paying the cost of my hospital/ambulance bills. I called Eberstein and Witherite and I was able to settle stress free. I was in the loop with the status of my case and I did not have any questions that went unanswered. I would certainly recommend this office for legal representation.

Stuff is amazing speed in response is absolutely brilliant and the top of for me when I had a problem if I'm in for my medicine they were able to resolve that with hidden kids actually instead of minutes in seconds and that problem was resolved so overall I would say 5 stall I would always recommend to anybody
