I met him when my sister was involved in a wreck and we exchange numbers. 3 weeks later I had a wreck, so I called Hugo. When I called him he told me exactly what to do. I'd like the thank the Witherite Law Group/Ft. Worth for their professionalism, dedication and hard wrk. My daughter and I were involved in a head on collision back in April 2020. It was a very trying time and situation. As soon as we were released from the hospital, I began to say to myself; what do I do Next? I often heard the stories of Witherite Law group on the radio as I'm working, and decided to give them a call.. They immediately sprand into action. The very first thing they did was provide me with med transportation to get treatment. My daughter was in college living on campus and I was like what about her. Well, Witherite Law group did the same for her, picking her up from campus and transporting her for treatment. So the process went from there. I should tell you this is a process, so please be patient. At the end of the day I felt that I was made hole. I'm most grateful that God spared our lives, and directed us to a group of caring professional people. I was in an auto accident on July 10, 2019 and hired this firm to handle my case. I never had a personal injury case before. At first I thought they were slow in getting things together, but honestly I am happy with the results. I had amazing treatment and they were always responsive when I called. At present I'm a little concerned being this is my first experience of any kind with a personal injury firm. Everything seemed to move at a predictable pace after the accident in which I was rear ended by a construction truck, and during my medical procedures and treatment things seemed to be moving along smoothly. Now I know that there's a certain amount of time involved and that goes into the case but no one replies to any email inquiries and I have sent several just to get an understanding of where I am now in the process and what I can possibly do to help myself and my family financially as I did suffer significant financial loss both present and future due to the accident that was completely the commercial truck that rear ended me...I'm not sure what to rate the Witherite Law Group at this point.
7/23/20 UPDATE my attorney called me this morning and gave me clarity and I appreciate this so very much. Thank you guys. I just needed a boost of confidence because this is all so new to me.

I was the victim of a hit in run by a 18 wheeler in July 2019.
I immediately contacted EW from the scene. The following business day the process was officially started. The following weeks produced no results in tracking down the driver or company. Thinking that my case was over, Danette and her team got my current insurance to pay off the uninsured/underinsured clause of my policy. During this process, I became impatient, again Danette assured me that the end result would be favorable. Bottom line is I didn't get a huge result but due to her teams diligence...I got a result that has greatly helped in my current situation. EW is the way to go. Stay the course....you won't be sorry. I'm not.
