Wow! What great service! I called at 7 pm on a Monday and Joel offered to come out that night to service my gate that wasn't closing. I was fine with the next day, and when he arrived he diagnosed the problem quickly (unfortunately, I needed an entirely new control board), and then was back the next day with the necessary part to get the gate rolling again. I couldn't be happier with the quick, friendly, and knowledgeable service. The best part was getting text alerts when he was on his way and when the job was completed, plus the ability to pay online. Thank you!

Well, I didn’t start my day thinking I’d have to deal with my garage door but I’m SO glad I ended up calling Tip Top Door & Gate Service!! They answered my phone call right away, John arrived in less than 30 mins and fixed my garage door like new, and for such a reasonable price. He took the time to walk me through several maintenance tips and options; knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks so much John! Will only be calling Tip Top for any future garage/gate needs.

I called in the morning and the technician arrived a few hours later.
John was the technician who came out and performed a spring replacement for a single car garage.
He did an excellent job, especially with some troubleshooting around how some garage components were oddly installed by a different company years ago. Ultimately got the garage functioning properly.
He also offered some recommendations to update some old hardware in the future. It was not the typical up-selling mindset which I appreciated, but good ideas to keep in mind.
I plan to return to them for upgrades/repairs going forward.

Tiptop was fantastic to use. My car was stuck in the garage due to my spring breaking. Most places couldn't get out for another day.
I called tiptop. They answered on the first call, had upfront pricing, and could get me in same day. After the call, I got a text with the time of the appointment and my technician's name. I also got an email confirming the appointment time and also my address.
I received a text before the technician, David, showed up. He was super professional, quick in the repair, and spent a lot of time adjusting the garage door to make sure it worked out great
